I fell in love as soon as I opened the box. The shoes are incredibly beautiful and what the pictures can't say it's that they're really comfortable, it's like wearing no heels at all. Leather is super soft too, you can tell it's a quality product. I also appreciated a lot the extra heels & strings included in the package. Super happy with my purchase :)

I love them ! Comfy enough for me to walk to work in.
Only problem is the laces keep coming undone otherwise they are perfect.

I absolutely adore these shoes. The leather is so soft and they look and feel very well made. I am so, so pleased with them. They were packaged nicely, and the spare laces and heel caps are such a lovely addition.

I had to exchange sizes, and the customer service was wonderful - exchange was simple and parcel was collected from my home for free. I couldn't apply the welcome voucher on initial purchase, but the team at Memery quickly refunded the equivalent amount with no fuss.

I cannot wait to wear these shoes for the first time on my wedding day in May (and I'm sure I'll find plenty of use for them after that too!) I'll definitely be buying from Memery again :)
