Pretty, cool, elegant

The shoes are super pretty, the design both simple and stunning. Great with trousers, skirts, and dresses. I’m just a tad disappointed that the sole is so thin; for the price I’d expected a leather sole that is a bit thicker, and I believe I combination of leather with a cork core would do them good (after a day walking on concrete my feet longed for more cushioning). While the materials don’t appear cheap, they are more on the flimsy side. Let’s see how the hold up :)

I'm sorry to hear you find the sole too thin, it's not something we usually hear about our shoes. All our shoes are designed with modern comfort in mind, with silicone inserts at both the heel and the front of the feet for comfort. If you need more cushioning, I'd advise you to try and add a pair of shoe pads in the front. This can sometimes help add to the comfort. Best Ditte

Good quality and exelent service

I had to change to a bigger size, no problem whatsoever. I often have a sore toe because it points a bit upwards, but there was enough room for all my toes in these shoes. I am going to order more in the future.

What an amazing pair of shoes

What an amazing pair of shoes. Beautiful leather, great styling and well made. These will not be my only pair of Memery shoes.
These are a replacement as my first pair were just too big. Please read the info re:sizing that will help loads.
The returns process was so easy I posted with a prepaid label on the Monday and my replacement shoes were with me by Saturday. Fantastic service.

1920s Perfection!

I love these shoes so much! I’m a decent UK6 and they fit beautifully and I can walk around pretending to be in TheHouse of Elliot. I’m so in love with them.

guy here, bought these primarily for square dancing and cosplay, unlike the mens lace up dress shoes Ive had from other brands these dont torture my feet for weeks of breaking in.

Elegant, beautiful, but not very wide

The shoes are beautiful but for a 'wide' version they are still small and hurting. It will take some time to break into the shoes, but I will try, because they are absolutely beautiful. At the back I step out of the shoe a bit if I don't lace them very tight. I hope to solve that with a padd and when the leather becomes more soft I think I can lace it tighter as well. Just cross fingers I really manage to break them in, otherwise it is an expensive buy for a pair if I can't manage to walk or dance with them.

Hi Martine. Thank you for your review on our Anna shoes. I'm sorry to hear you find the wide version a bit too narrow. Our wide styles are two sizes up in width, while the length remains the same and are based on shoe last EEE. Our shoes are made of leather, so sometimes they need a bit of breaking in. The design of a shoe can also someitmes affect the fit. From what you're describing, I think they just need a bit of breaking in. Then they'll be the most comfortable shoes molded to your feet.
