This is my third pair from Memery and I’m still as mesmerized as I was with my first pair !

The shoes are gorgeous, the leather is shiny, they fit well, the arch is beautiful, the usual for this brand.
The heel height feels very natural to walk in, it is wide enough to give a lot of stability but still beautifully shaped without looking blocky.
The toe box is sharp but not too long, the shaft of the boot is high and provides good ankle support.
They were shipped with an organza bag containing an extra pair of laces, a pair of eyelets and protective layers for the heels which is greatly appreciated.

If I really had to nitpick I’d say that I wish the shaft was a little narrower for better ankle support, and the soles are very smooth and slippery. Good if you want to dance, but I’ll go to my local cobbler to add anti slip soles.

If you want to wear thick winter socks, definitely go with the wide version. A constant I found was that the fit of the shoes are quite narrow.

I also want to point out that my order was stuck for a while. After sending a quick message, the order was sent within the day. I really appreciate the reactivity ❤️

If you want to order from memery, you can go ahead and do it with your eyes closed. The shoes never disappoint !

I love these boots! They are really comfortable and I also love the sound of my footsteps as I step out - so rare these days! Beautifully made and the shoe profile is great with my new wide trousers.

I love my MeMerry Edwardian boots! I ordered the extra width and they fit perfectly! They look gorgeous, the rich chestnut Colour is stunning! I've had so many compliments when I have worn them! I'm eyeing up the black ones now!!

Beautifully soft leather boots. Look great with a long skirt or dress but equally stylish with jeans or dungarees.
It took a bit of practice getting in to them but I’m sure that as the leather softens, this will get easier.

I am in love with my new Alice boots! This was my first order from Memery and I could not be happier. The quality and craftsmanship is superb and the comfort out of the box is just amazing. I have problem feet and was apprehensive about the fit and comfort but as soon as I tried them on, they felt as though they were made to measure.
I was surprised to find extra laces and heel tips in the box. Something you just don’t get anywhere else.
They are so stylish and such an eye catcher. The first time I wore them, I was asked over and over about them. I know these boots will get lots of wear.

I just got these laced up for the first time and my goodness, what a difference between this and other historical brands I have bought from. The leather is insanely nice quality, the laces do take awhile and if you have mobility issues would be difficult. The heels are not too high and I feel a zero break in period happening. I did size up a half size due to other reviews noting that the toe is narrow and I did purchase the foot pads. In my case I have small but wide feet and it was the right call. Typically I am a seven to seven and a half (US) and I did purchase a size 8 wide. I am extremely pleased with the look and wear ability of these boots and the other pair of shoes I purchased also are lovely (for another review!). Thanks so much!
